EMBARKING ON THE JOURNEY TO CONTRIBUTORSHIP
This chapter explores how one can become a creator of one's own destiny rather than being a 'victim'.
It suggests the ways how you can embark on the journey to contributorship. There are four building blocks:
1) A shift from 'victim' to being a 'creator of one's destiny'
2) Acceptance of the ideal of contributorship
3) Willingness ti take full responsibility for one's own development
4) The capacity to reflect on one's development and make appropriate modifications.

From the application 6.3 we have learn that if we face any difficulty at any position , we should not ignore it and we have to solve it by ourselves or by the help of our senoir or their experiances.
Delete---"If we ignore the difficulties, success will kick us"
---"Don't ignore the Difficulty, just learn to face them up"
In chapter 6, From application 6.5 i learnt that we do not have to depend on others. We have to do our work our self. If we are depending on others we can't success in our work.so,do your work your self and don't depend on others.

Deletewe have learn from the application 6.4...
Deletein this application we have learn to we are trusted to any one and also helpful
sometimes we are faced with solution where there are many difficulies .we can then face the chellange or we can try to ignor and let the problems accumulate in the hope that somebody else solve them.when we make a decision to face the challenges,we are beginning our journey of contributorship
ReplyDeleteIn example 6.4, we learn that a common person can change the whole criteria. Here, Harnek Singh manages his works and makes contribution to the villlagers. In this way, he is trusted by the peoples of village. So,we realised that for become a contributer, it is not nessesary to be a high post.
ReplyDeleteIn chapter 6, From application 6.5 i learnt that we do not have to depend on other.we have to depend on over self.
ReplyDeletefor 6.2 :-> megha : she can be a successfull woman and also a idel woman for her children.she can help her husband in running home . they can full fill their dream by working .
ReplyDeleteand Ritu : she can be a good mother but she can not get respect from her children and family members . means she can not be ideal.
